As a Research Analyst in both the Cloud Native and Applied Infrastructure & DevOps Channels at 451 Research, a part of S&P Global Market Intelligence, Liam covers observability and monitoring, including topics such as APM, AIOps, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, distributed tracing and event analytics, as well as the impact DevOps and cloud-native technologies are having on these sectors. Previously at 451, Liam has covered cloud-native storage and data management.

Liam has an MA in technical writing and rhetoric from George Mason University, where he received an award for Outstanding Graduate Student in Writing and Rhetoric and was a founding member of the university's chapter of the Society for Technical Communication. He holds a BA in English with a minor in Business Administration from Shenandoah University.

Matt Watson is CTO for Netreo focusing on the integration of core capabilities and the ongoing development of customer-centric technology solutions. The Founder and CEO of Stackify, the entrepreneur and technologist brings extensive experience with emerging technologies and solving business solutions with custom application development.

Before Netreo, Watson was Co-Founder of Full Scale, a technology services company that helps businesses build teams of software engineers, and Co-Founder and CTO of VinSolutions, an auto dealership inventory management, website, CRM and internet marketing product that was bought by AutoTrader.com for $150M. A software developer at heart, Watson earned his bachelor of science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, has been programming since his early teens and is obsessed with giving developers the tools they need to find and fix application problems quickly and easily.
